Before you buy.

Because as a tenured recruiter, the opacity in this industry bothers me. If you're making a five-figure investment in your career, you deserve to know exactly what you're buying before you get on a "discovery call." No mystery pricing, no high-pressure reveal moment, no "it depends on your goals." This is what it costs. This is what's included. Full stop.

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, live. Exact times are shared when you enroll in the Advisory Room.

Because many of the people who need this most are between jobs when they find it. Paying $500 a month is designed to make expert advisory accessible at exactly the moment when income is uncertain. Pay in full at $4,500 if you'd rather and save $500. Either way you get 36 months of access. Most clients are employed again within 3 to 6 months, which means the payment plan is usually done right around the time you don't need it anymore. That's intentional.

Depends entirely on your target role. If you're earning $100K+ and you're going to be unemployed or underemployed for an extra 3 months because your search has stalled, the math is obvious. There are $10,000+ programs that will assign you to a consultant you've never met. Executive outplacement firms charge $15K-$25K. Cheaper options exist and some of them are fine, but most are mass-market video programs with no direct access to anyone who actually hires. That's the difference.

No. The à la carte services exist for exactly this reason. Start with a $250 Resume Audit or a $650 Mock Interview and see if the fit is right. If you decide to join the Group Advisory within 60 days, those standalone purchases count as credit.

The Quick Start Program is built for someone who wants support from Whitney without joining the full Advisory Room yet. You get three focused video trainings on the three areas that most consistently stall experienced searches, plus three personal written questions answered directly by Whitney within 4 business days. No live calls to coordinate, no membership, no 10-month commitment. If you decide the Advisory Room is the right next step, the full $1,000 credits toward enrollment within 60 days of purchase.

Yes. All programs run virtually and my client base spans coast to coast. Location is never a barrier.

Something else. I'm a recruiter-led career advisor, not a coach. The difference: a coach helps you process. An advisor tells you what to do. If you want someone to sit with your feelings about your career, this isn't the right fit. If you want someone to look at your search with a recruiter's eye and tell you tactically what to fix, this is exactly the right fit.
